Dubbed “The Dark Horse,” the lean, lanky Horseau is just that; an athlete that has, in just a few years, demonstrated an ability to vault past the favorites, silently taking that coveted podium spot. 

The French powerhouse has demonstrated an exceptional balance of strength across all three disciplines. Yet, with a training base in the French Alps, he’s shown that  tougher the course, the more he excels, with a big breakout victory at Ironman Lanzarote in 2023, as well as a brilliant sixth-place finish on the tough Ironman World Championship in Nice the same year—a true Dark Horse performance.

A young athlete with tons of potential, Horseau has more Ironman podium results on his horizon—but may not be much of a surprise to his competitors much longer.
