Delivered to your door in 3 weeks. Most Quintana Roo bikes ship within 2 weeks (varies based on customization selections) and will arrive at most destinations domestically and internationally within a week.
Shipping to the EU and UK for €249/£249 includes duties and VAT.
EU and UK bike orders are now shipped in our Premium Probox(see assembly video below).
Customers will receive email updates as their bike goes through the paint and build process.

Our standard box fits the majority of our standard bike builds, and requires only the install and
adjustment of the handlebar, seatpost and front and rear wheel, and in many cases the rear
derailleur. The standard box is a great choice for the mechanically experienced customer, or to
have your local bike shop build. Tools will be supplied in order to build your new bike, and
assembly for the experienced customer generally takes less than 45 minutes.

If you would like to visit our headquarters, in Chattanooga Tennessee, we offer a Factory Pick Up option at checkout. After your order is processed a representative will communicate lead times and schedule a pick up date with you. When you pickup your bike at our Quintana Roo Headquarters it will be ready and waiting in our showroom. A QR specialist will meet with you, answer any questions about your new ride, and offer an optional tour of the factory.*
How long does it take to receive my bike/frameset?

Does my bike arrive assembled?
The amount of assembly required depends on shipping option you select. Bikes shipped in the Premium Probox can be assembled in less than 10 minutes. Bikes shipped in the standard box can typically be assembled in 30 to 45 minutes. Check out the shipping options above to find the best option for you and your budget.
Does QR ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes addresses?
At this moment we are not able to ship bikes, framesets or small parts to APO, FPO or PO boxes addresses.
