For over 30 years, the Challenged Athletes Foundation has helped people with physical disabilities pursue active, athletic lives. With the support of its donors and partners, CAF is creating opportunities, building confidence, and breaking down barriers.
CAF empowers thousands of athletes with physical disabilities to pursue the sports they love by providing grants for adaptive sports equipment, training, competition, and mentorship. It has raised over $200M, awarded over 60,000 grants, and supports over 35,000 athletes worldwide.
For many athletes, the cost of specialized equipment is one of the biggest obstacles to participation. Now, American Bicycle Group serves as a preferred bicycle supplier, offering special accommodations and discounted pricing on Quintana Roo, Obed, and Litespeed bikes for eligible grant recipients.
