A former collegiate swimmer that’s widely regarded as one of triathlon’s fastest swimmers, Haley has truly rounded out her repertoire, developing into a strong cyclist and runner, a balance that has earned her two Ironman victories and six Ironman 70.3 wins.
A former NCAA Division I swimmer at the University of Georgia, Haley competed in the 2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials and the 2004 and 2008 U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials. It’s that natural swim prowess that regularly earns her the fastest swim split at most of her races, must notably at the Ironman World Championship held in 2022 in St. George, Utah.
Haley’s also one of the most recognizable pros on the circuit. Whether it’s as her position as co-host of the Ironwomen Podcast (which aims to bring more media attention to women in endurance sports), following her on social media where she showcases her fandom of pop superstar Taylor Swift, or spying her flying by on her Dynamo Green V-PRi paired with a green kit with pink accents, Haley’s electric personality is even brighter than her race kits.
