The diminutive German is quickly becoming a powerhouse on the world stage.
2025 was a banner year for Jana; a sixth-place finish earned her a Kona qualification spot) at Ironman South Africa. As the year wore on, she was a regional powerhouse, with wins at the Ingolstadt Triathlon and Obernai Triathlon, with a runner-up finish at the Cologne Triathlon as well—all designed to sharpen the blade for her debut in Kona.
In Kona, she was the belle of the ball, notching a 15th place finish that served as a bellwether: against heat, distance and a tough field: she's made for this.
2026 shapes up to even better. With IRONMAN Texas and IRONMAN Hamburg on her program, as well as several 70.3 appearances, the year isn't about just showing up; she's now here to take a shot at a powerhouse placement within the IRONMAN Pro Series. She hit all her marks all in 2026; don't be shocked when she delivers again this season.
