IRONMAN 70.3 SHANGHAI CHONGMING

After five years, the IRONMAN 70.3 event returns for the third time to the beautiful Chongming Island in Shanghai. Chongming Island is located to the northeast of the city, and about an hour and a half drive from downtown Shanghai. The local government has placed great emphasis on developing the island’s ecological environment. After several years of efforts, 75% of the island is covered in greenery, with flocks of waterfowl and lush trees.
