Made for IRONMAN Athletes

“Swim 2.4 miles. Bike 112 miles. Run 26.2 miles. Brag for the rest of your life.” - John Collins, 1978

IRONMAN is the pinnacle of triathlon, and for most, completing one can seem impossible. But IRONMAN is about growth. It’s about putting your physical abilities and mental strength to the ultimate test. It’s about proving that anything is possible.

M-Dot Quintana Roo IRONMAN V-PRi

There is perhaps no triathlon symbol more recognizable than the iconic “M-Dot.” It’s displayed proudly at every IRONMAN event, stickered onto people’s cars, and even tattooed onto people’s bodies. The M-Dot can represent different things for different athletes, but the one thing every IRONMAN understands is that just making it to the finish requires an immense amount of hard work, personal sacrifice, and dedication.

To capture the spirit of the M-Dot, our expert painters created a bespoke IRONMAN color scheme for our flagship V-PRi triathlon bike. The iconic IRONMAN red streaks across the frame to join an M-Dot placed on the top tube. Unique to the IRONMAN V-PRi is a color-matched QR IIC basebar that carries the striking red color to the front of the bike—an extra treatment often reserved for our top pro athletes.

Every IRONMAN V-PRi will also be personalized with its owner’s name and country (or any other desired motto or statement) alongside the M-Dot on the top tube. It is the best way to celebrate an IRONMAN athlete’s achievements—past, present, or future.

IRONMAN V-PRi profile

The IRONMAN V-PRi is more than a showpiece. The V-PRi was crafted in the wind tunnel and has been proven in race conditions by our pros. It is the lightest, best-handling, and fastest machine we have ever produced. To maximize your performance on raceday, the V-PRi utilizes two of Quintana Roo’s signature aerodynamic technologies: a Shift+ downtube and Leading Edge Absent 2 non-drive chainstay.

The Shift+ downtube is offset toward the driveside of the bike to minimize the wind resistance created by the drivetrain. It does this by diverting (or shifting) airflow onto the cleaner non-driveside of the bike. Shift+ is paired with our Leading Edge Absent 2 (LEA2) non-drive chainstay. This chainstay is oversized and designed to minimize air resistance by creating a smooth, uninterrupted airflow around the rear wheel, essentially eliminating a "leading edge" that could cause turbulence. This creates the longest seamless surface possible. Airflow moves more smoothly across the bike, and then it’s vented off cleanly, resulting in significant aero gains.

IRONMAN V-PRi FuelBay

The V-PRi also features our frame-integrated FuelBay hydration and nutrition storage system. This creates an extremely sleek and clean silhouette for aerodynamics while also making it easier to stay on top of your fueling during a 112-mile IRONMAN bike leg.

Like the standard V-PRi, the IRONMAN V-PRi includes a CeramicSpeed T47 Bottom Bracket and Oversized Pulley Wheel (OSPW) System for increased drivetrain efficiency, upgraded ceramic hub bearings, and a 4iiii Single Sided Power Meter. Athletes can also customize their IRONMAN V-PRi by choosing their preferred components for the drivetrain, wheels, and extensions.
