Triple check the seatpost battery/Di2 wire connection. Many times even though you think you have the wire firmly connected, give it another push and 9 times out of 10 the system comes to life.

The amount of assembly required depends on shipping option you select. Typically our bike assembly runs between 30 to 45 minutes.
