Can I make changes to the build kit?
Absolutely. Our bikes are built to order so you can customize however you'd like. If there are components you'd really like on your bike but don't see them offered live-chat or contact us for availability and a custom quote!
Can I have a different length stem, crankarms, or different gearing?
We spec different length components on our bikes based on common lengths per each size of bike. If you are looking to specify what length components or the gearing you'd like on your new Quintana Roo just live-chat or contact us and we'll get you started on a custom order.
I received my Di2 bike, but the system isn't charging?
Triple check the seatpost battery/Di2 wire connection. Many times even though you think you have the wire firmly connected, give it another push and 9 times out of 10 the system comes to life.
What kind of thru-axle do I need for my stationary trainer?
For use in a stationary trainer, a specific thru-axle will need to be ordered. The rear thru-axle is an E-thru standard M12x1.5, 142mm long.
Does my bike arrive assembled?
The amount of assembly required depends on shipping option you select. Typically our bike assembly runs between 30 to 45 minutes. Check out our shipping and delivery options to find the best option for you and your budget.
