BTA Bottle System - Ships June 2025

If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price. It's easy to return a product:

- Contact our returns department with the reason for return. We will email you instructions for returning your product.

- Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.

Please note:

- If product returns with any scratches or wear, we will not issue a refund.

- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.

- You are responsible for shipping the products back to Quintana Roo. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order. To initiate a return, contact our returns department with the reason for return to obtain a return number. The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.

- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.

- If a restocking fee will apply to returned items, the amount of the fee is displayed on the final checkout screen when you complete the order and is noted on the packing list included with the order.

- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact the Service Provider to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

Refunds, Credits and Balances Due

As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

Defective Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact our returns department for assistance.

Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Introduction

The Quintana Roo BTA (Between-the-Arms) System is a versatile hydration mounting system designed for aerobar setups. This guide provides installation instructions, compatibility information, and frequently asked questions to ensure optimal use of your BTA system.

What the System Includes

• BTA Rail
• (3) XLAB Gorilla Carbon Bottle Cages
• Bottle cage attachment bolts
• (2) M5 x 20mm
• (4) M5 x 12mm
• Universal Bar Bottle Cage Mount
• (3) Riser plates (20mm, 50mm, 75mm)
• (2) M5 x 0.8 x 15mm bolts
• (2) M5 x 0.8 x 10mm bolts

Bottle Position Options

The BTA system allows for three bottle positions:

• Front Top of Rail (#1)
• Rear Top of Rail (#2)
• Rear Bottom of Rail (#3)

How Many Cages Do Yoou Need?

The BTA system can accommodate one, two, or three bottle cages.

• If using position #3, a minimum pedestal height of 70mm is required.
• If pedestal height is less than 70mm, only positions #1 and #2 can be used.

Armrest Space Considerations

• If the space between your armrests is more than 90mm, you do not need the BTA riser kit.
• If the space is less than 90mm, the BTA riser kit is required to elevate bottle #1 and prevent interference with your forearms.
• Positioning may vary based on armrest and forearm setup; be aware of potential constraints.

Integrated Hose Clip & Computer Mount

• If using a computer mount, note that it will position the computer beneath the top of a large bottle in position #1.
• A preferred mounting option is placing the computer mount on the aero bar, behind or between the hands.

Installation Instructions

• Required Hardware (Included)
• (2) M5 x 0.8 x 20mm bolts and convex washers (for bottle cage #1 and BTA rail attachment)
• (4) M5 x 0.8 x 12mm bolts (for bottle cages #2 and #3)
• Mounting Steps
• Using the supplied M5 x 0.8 x 20mm bolts and convex washers, attach bottle cage #1 and the BTA rail to the bridge, hose clip, or BTA riser block (included in the kit)
• If bottle cage #1 is not needed, simply omit it from the assembly.
• Attach bottle cage #2 and/or #3 using the supplied M5 x 0.8 x 12mm bolts.
• Torque all fasteners to 5Nm to ensure a secure fit.

Usage Recomendations

• The front top bottle cage (#1) is best for easy aid station bottle swaps.
• Setup can be customized by your fitter or mechanic to meet your specific needs.
• Only use high-retention bottle cages> that firmly grip bottles to prevent ejection during rides.
