Our top-tier box delivery, the Premium ProBox safely delivers your new Quintana Roo to you, with very minimal assembly required. The cockpit is fully assembled; you will do a quick, easy install of your seatpost, wheels and pedals to be rolling and race ready—in just minutes.

Our slightly larger-than-standard bike box accommodates more room for less labor to have your bike ready to ride swiftly, requiring just the quick, easy install and adjustment of the seatpost and front wheel. Tools will be supplied in order to setup your new bike and assembly generally takes less than 15 minutes.

If you would like to visit our headquarters, in Chattanooga Tennessee, we offer a Factory Pick Up option at checkout. After your order is processed a representative will communicate lead times and schedule a pick up date with you. When you pickup your bike at our Quintana Roo Headquarters it will be ready and waiting in our showroom. A QR specialist will meet with you, answer any questions about your new ride, and offer an optional tour of the factory.*

How long does it take to receive my bike/frameset?
Most frame and frameset orders ship in 10-14 business days. Full bike orders can be expected to ship in 1-3 weeks time and this varies per bike model, size, components and wheelset ordered. For an accurate delivery estimate LiveChat or email us!
Does my bike arrive assembled?
The amount of assembly required depends on shipping option you select. Bikes shipped in the Premium Probox can be assembled in less than 10 minutes. Bikes shipped in the standard box can typically be assembled in 30 to 45 minutes. Check out the shipping options above to find the best option for you and your budget.
Does QR ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes addresses?
