Maui nō ka ‘oi!

Maui and the Big Island are inextricably linked. For years, Quintana Roo athletes were central figures during the XTERRA World Championships. We’ve experienced the 'ohana of towns like Kihei, Pā'ia, and Lahaina, places that mirror their sister island, as athletes have called Maui their temporary home ahead of the Hawaii Ironman World Championship.

Today, Maui needs our help more than ever.

Wind-whipped fires ravaged the island of Maui, ripping up the lives of a community that has welcomed triathletes for decades. So we aim to give back. Because Maui nō ka ‘oi: Maui really is the best.

In solidarity with the resilient people of Maui, Quintana Roo is auctioning off a new V-PR frameset!

All funds from the auction will be donated to the Hawaii Community Foundation, through the Maui Strong Fund. This organization is currently deploying rapid response to people immediately impacted by the wildfires, with clothing, food and shelter. Auction funds are tax deductible, with 100% of the funds going directly to the Hawaii Community Foundation.

The Maui Support Auction will begin with a minimum starting price of $2,500. Quintana Roo will be donating the minimum starting price at $2,500 and 100% of the final auction bid to the Hawaii Community Foundation.

The auction is accessible for bidding globally and will run from Aug. 11 through Aug. 18, 2023 at midnight EST. The auction winner is responsible for taxes and any associated VAT or duties. The winner will be notified by email by Monday, Aug. 21, 2023. Auction winner will receive (1) V-PR frameset with fork, seatpost, TFE Vision Pro Extension, and Profile Aeria Hydration system. Winner will have a choice of frame size, Premium Atelier paint and graphic color options.
