A: Visit your QR dealer or email QR model name and details about the bike in question to inform@rooworld.com
Q: What size bike should I buy/ride?
A: You will need to visit your local Quintana Roo dealer to get professionally measured and fitted. There are countless factors involved. Being seen and fitted in person is always the best option.
Q: How can I get decals for my QR bike?
A: QR does not have decals for our aluminum and carbon models. For titanium models, please contact QR by phone or email for details.
Q: What is the weight of the _______ ?
A: QR does not publish the weight of its bicycles due to the variability seen within componentry.
Q: I am an elite athlete. How do I get sponsored by QR?
A: Information coming soon.
Q: I am an event organizer. How do I get my event sponsored or items donated?
A: Please submit a resume and proposal to marketing@americanbicyclegroup.com by Dec 1st for evaluation for the upcoming year. QR traditionally completes reviews/evaluations thereafter.
Q: What is the warranty on my bike or wetsuit?

Q: How do I get my wetsuit repaired?
A: You should speak to your local QR dealer or the QR dealer from which you purchased the suit. You can also contact Victory Wetsuits for repair options:

Q: What size wetsuit would fit me best?
A: Please refer to the wetsuit size charts at the bottom of each wetsuit page. We have more sizes than any other manufacturer, so you should easily be able to find a suit that has the traditionally superior QR fit.
Q: I have _________ wrong with my bike, how do I get it repaired/worked on?
A: Please visit your local Quintana Roo dealer for all maintenance and repair work on your QR bike.
