All Quintana Roo warranty claims must be processed through an authorized Quintana Roo bicycle retailer.*

Quintana Roo warrants to the original consumer that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the periods set forth below, subject to the limitations and requirements contained herein:

QR titanium frames for the lifetime of the frame.

QR Carbon frames for three (3) years from date of purchase.

QR Aluminum frames for three (3) years from date of purchase.

All QR branded components on QR assembled complete bikes for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Freight costs and any labor charges for part change overs, assembly, or disassembly are the responsibility of the owner.

Our policy in terms of freight in case of warranty is that you pay freight to us, we pay freight to you. We will send the wetsuit to you in the same manner of priority sent to us.*

**QR wetsuits are designed as high performance triathlon and swimming wetsuits, any other use such as surfing, water-skiing, jet skiing, scuba diving, and or any other water sport will void the warranty.
